Compatibilities:

All Sun Microsystems parts are known by at least two numbers, the X-Option number and the Part number. The best way to find out what part you have is the BarCode. Every part that Sun Microsystems sells has a Sun bar-code. This bar-code has both the part number and serial number of the part. (The X-Option number is not located on the part.) 1. The minimum operating system is Solaris 2.6.
2. Do Not install GigaSwift Ethernet with Ultra 5/10 PCI graphics options.
3. Do Not install GigaSwift Ethernet and the Enterprise System Interface board on the same Ex000 PCI I/O Board.
4. The <=501-5902-07 installed on Sun Blade 1000/2000 System Board 501-6230-07 or Sun Fire V880/V880z Motherboard 501-6323-03 requires Solaris 8 Patch >= 111883-12 or Solaris 9 Patch >= 112817-04 for Schizo 2.4.
5. Use of 1000mbps forced mode is not supported.
